Pamela A. Garrett, Founder and President

Served eight years as the technical support manager for the Payment Remittance Operations at BellSouth, which processed over 12 million payments per month.  At BellSouth, Pamela was involved in the consolidation of nine payment centers and the upgrade from read and key to imaging technology. She supported two sites as the MSSQL DBA and hardware/software troubleshooter. Prior to that she was a programmer and project manager in the Cash/Billing group of the IT department. Pamela has a BA in Mathematics from Winthrop University and a MBA in Management from Georgia State University. Pamela has published several articles on payment remittance and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Lela H. Gouge, Senior Consultant

Lela has been with Garrett Consulting Group since the beginning as a testing and training specialist.  She has been involved with every remittance upgrade project, blending her unique talents and insight with people skills that make her an invaluable asset for our clients.
